Fall 2013: Deadline to Pay Dues

Attention all current and prospective SHA Members!

SHA Dues for Fall 2013 will be due at our next SHA Meeting (October 17th at 4 pm in GRH 2064).  Dues are payable either by semester or for the entire year.  Dues for Fall 2013 are $10.  Dues for the 2013-2014 Academic Year are $20.

There are two ways to pay your dues.

  1. Complete the registration form and bring the completed form and payment to our next meeting.
  2. Complete the registration form and place the completed form and payment in an evelope addressed to Chip Dalton.  Take the envelope to the Public Health Department Office and have them place the envelope in Dr. Gregory Ellis-Griffith's mailbox.

Once we have received all dues, members will be able to check membership status on our website.  If you have any questions regarding dues, please contact Chip Dalton or Brooke Hoover.
