Andre Boyd, FACHE, COO Tristar Greenview Regional Hospital To Speak To SHA Students

Andre Boyd, FACHE, and current COO of Tristar Greenview Regional Hospital will be speaking to SHA students tonight, November 11, 2013, at 5 p.m. in the Gary A. Ransdell Auditorium.
Boyd is a member of TriStar Greenview Regional Hospital’s senior management team. He is currently the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Staffing Officer. In this role, Boyd manages a $120 million revenue budget, a $35 million expense budget, and staffing for over 400 FTEs. He is responsible for support and ancillary services, cardiology service line, and all construction projects for the hospital.
Boyd received a Masters of Health Administration from Tulane School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine, New Orleans, LA, in 2003. He also has a Bachelor of Science, Biology/ Pre-Medicine from Nicholls State University, Thibodaux, LA, 1999.
Boyd previously worked as Associate Chief Operating Officer/Ethics and Compliance Officer at Centerpoint Medical Center, Business Administrator for Perioperative Services at Holy Cross Hospital in Silver Spring, MD, and Manager of Business Development for Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare SE Wisconsin market in Milwaukee, WI. Also, he was an Administrative Fellow for Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare in Milwaukee, WI.
Boyd is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and a member of National Association of Healthcare Services Executives. He was recognized by Becker’s Hospital Review in 2012 as one of the “100 Hospital and Health System COOs to Know” and in 2012 and 2013 as one of the “Rising Stars: 25 Healthcare Leaders Under 40.”
Boyd is one of many influential healthcare leaders in the greater Nashville Area, and SHA is excited to welcome him to WKU to speak to students this evening. All WKU students are welcome to attend the event, and the event is swipeable.
