The 17th annual FMA Investment Challenge runs from September 30 through November 8 this year.

Jacob Tucker had the best performance in week 1 with a 7.37% return for the week. Jacob wins at least $25 for winning the week. If he continues with this outstanding performance for the length of the game, Jacob could be one of the top 3 achievers and earn $150 for first place, $100 for second place, or $50 for third place*.

Good luck to everyone! Don't forget that weekly winners depend on having the best performance in a single week (not necessarily the person at the top of the standings) so even if you didn't do well this week, keep trying. You just might have the best weekly performance.

*Winners can only collect one prize

Are you interested in attending a conference in the spring? There are two conferences for Business Finance students supported by the Finance Department. Both conferences offer opportunities to network with fellow students from around the country and the world as well as learn more about the profession.
