- Time: All Day
The Pi Day run will be held virtually between March 12th and March 14th, 2022. The event will consist of a 3.14 mile (approximately 5k) run on a course of your choosing. The winners will be announced on the webpage and the top three contestants will be contacted via email.
To participate in this event:
1. Send $3.14 signup fee to the Venmo account @TauBetaPi-WKU
2. Run 3.14 miles between March 12th and 14th
3. Record the run using an app that tracks the distance and time (MapMyRun is suggested, but others will also be accepted)
4. Email tbp.kyg@wku.edu the results of your run
5. That’s it! It’s that easy!
The runners with the top three fastest times will be awarded the following prizes:
● First Place: $20 Visa gift card
● Second Place: $15 Visa gift card
● Third Place: $10 Visa gift card
Rules and Regulations:
● Pick your own running path/course that you see fit.
● There is no time limit to the race: run as fast or slow as you like.
● Pictures of treadmill or other workout machines will not be accepted.
● The run must be completed on foot.
