Janet Buckley, Special Projects Consultant, has over 30 years of leadership experience in a variety of Head Start and other non-profit programs. She founded and still manages the National Home Visitor Resource Center and her training materials on the home-based option have been disseminated nationally. She has a BA in Communications, a Master’s in Education, and a Certificate in Non-Profit Management.
