Yes, it's true. The regulations we have all been waiting for are out (sort-of).

45 CFR Part 75 UNIFORM ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS, COST PRINCIPLES, AND AUDIT REQUIREMENTS FOR HHS AWARDS, which is HHS’ version of 45 CFR Part 200, is out and is the spring-time must have accessory for your program!

The problem is that for now it seems to be only found in an online format. The link for this is:

We hope this helps and remember it is suggested that we no longer call this stuff the “Super-Circular.”
